Now fatness people increase all of the world. Fatness is bad for health. Causes of fatness are two. It is eating too much and lacking of exercise. Lacking of exercise are much in Japan, so I introduse good exercise. Aerobic exercise are very good because it burn fat better. Working, jogging, cycling, slow swimming, and so on. We need one hundred forty to eighty minutes exercise a week. If you don't have times, you shoud exercise in your daily life. For example, you don't use elevetor or escalater and use stair. You walk near place from house. If we continue these everyday, we can prevent fatness. Trying to prevent fatness is very important.
